Villa Merville Bay is a true gem from times past when the families of the owner used to spend their vacations here. It is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet and cozy atmosphere.

The small, almost private beach invites you to relax and is therefore particularly ideal for families. There is another house on the property that is rented out long-term.

Upon entering the villa, a breathtaking view of the terrace and the deep blue sea unfolds. The covered terrace is beautifully inviting – a place you’ll love to linger. The spacious dining table also offers a fantastic view of the sea.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with direct access to the terrace. On the opposite side, you’ll find a dining room and a small living room area. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped.

The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The larger one has a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is perfect for a children’s room. The bathrooms are simple and functional.

The garden with the small private beach is undoubtedly the highlight of this property. Here, families can spend carefree hours in the water. Those who bring their stand-up paddleboard will be especially pleased – the conditions here are simply perfect for the use of a SUP.

- Domestic help Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 13:00.
- A professional chef can be arranged upon request.
- The Villa has its rustic charm, if you look for a modern set up, its no for you.
- The neighbours dog might visit you, but do not panic, its an elderly lady which will ignore you most of the time ;D.
