Here are some answers to a few questions you might asked yourself.

A PANDEMIC or UNFORESEEN EVENT ruined my travel plans. Now what?

I cannot travel due to the measures/health concerns or personal situation.

What are my rights in this situation, if I have to cancel my reservation?

Please e-mail to  immediately and provide all details concerning your cancellation – state your Name and booking dates.

Our Terms & Conditions does regulate the consequences of cancellations (7.6.6.).

Can we hold a reservation option?

Yes, we offer courtesy holds of 48hours with no financial obligations.

Where do I find the Booking Terms & Conditions?

Do I have to pay a Deposit for my holiday?

If you book your holidays more than 45 days in advance (which is recommended  ), a deposit of 30% of the rental price will be due. If you are booking less than 45 days prior to your holiday, full payment will be required at the time of making your reservation.

I would like to pay by credit card!

Our guests recommend a convenient payment method with WISE which offers a fast, secure and over all a cost effective bank transfer.

What does the price of the Villa include?

 Included in the price of all holiday houses: gas, electricity & water, housekeeping service, bed linen and bath towels.
All villas offer Internet access.

Please refer to the appropriate villa information on our website for exact information.

Are there rates per week?

All rates are on a nightly basis either per villa or rate varies depending on the number of guests.

Do we have a contact person onsite?

For each villa you will be given the contact of the guest coordinator of the villa who will welcome you on the day of your arrival. 

Can we book a concierge service?

Every guest will receive a house folder in relation to the villa booked with the necessary information about the villa, some ideas for Holidays, restaurants as well as emergency numbers in case of medical needs.

Does the property offer cot, a high chair or baby monitors?

If you require a cot or a high chair  for your holiday, please let us know and we can provide one for you. There is no charge for these items.
Please provide your own cot linen. We do not provide baby monitors.

If I need to cancel my holiday, what will happen?

Please email us immediately to confirm this cancellation.
If you cancel your holiday more than 45 days before arrival you shall forfeit your booking deposit.
If you cancel within 45 days of your holiday date, you shall forfeit your full payment. We recommend a travel insurance which covers all eventualities.

(in the case of a cancellation, we will do our best to find a replacement booking so that we can refund your payment for the days we have found a replacement.)

How about night life and how far away are shopping facilities?

Of course this depends on the villa and its location.
Most villas are secluded from the hustle and bustle, so you can enjoy the maximum of privacy. However, nightlife, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes drive or within a 15-20 minutes walking distance.
