We stayed at Villa Frensia 2 for 5 nights in March 2025, booked through Beach House Mauritius. Doris from Beach House Mauritius responded quickly to our WhatsApp messages and managed everything excellently — before, during, and even after our stay. She also sent us a lot of helpful tips in advance about what to do in the area and how everything works locally. The booking process, communication, stay at the villa, key collection and return, and housekeeping — everything went perfectly through Beach House Mauritius.

I traveled with my best friend. We are Finnish but currently live in Spain, and I work in customer service in the banking industry. We are always advised to avoid bank transfers for safety reasons, and to pay by credit card in advance when possible. Even though Beach House Mauritius usually arranges payments via bank transfers, they easily agreed with the owner that we could pay in cash upon arrival — which was greatly appreciated.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Gaetan, who also gave us great local tips and information about the area. Our stay was truly wonderful, and Villa Frensia 2 offers great privacy. There was a small private pool in the garden, which was perfect for the two of us. Housekeeping service was also included in the price, and our housekeeper was simply lovely — she took such good care of us, though unfortunately I can’t remember her name. The beach is just a few steps away, and while there is no direct sea view, it was amazing to watch sunsets right there on the shore.

On our departure day, we received notice early in the morning that our flight was delayed by 10 hours. Doris contacted the owner immediately, and we were kindly allowed to stay at the villa for the rest of the day, which saved us from having to leave early with all our luggage. Gaetan also came back to see us off and to make sure everything was in order, which was a really thoughtful gesture.

Due to my own careless mistake, I accidentally took one of the villa keys with me when leaving. I only realized it after returning home to Spain. I immediately sent the key back to the owner via DHL, but unfortunately there was a delay on their side, and the delivery took much longer than expected. Throughout the whole situation, Doris supported us by staying in contact with the owner, and eventually the key was safely delivered.

Based on this entire experience and the extensive communication I had with Beach House Mauritius, I can absolutely recommend them. The company is reliable, and Doris is an outstanding employee who handled everything perfectly. Villa Frensia 2 is a beautiful small place with a private garden, perfect for a holiday like this. Everything you need is nearby, and the surrounding area is stunning along the Indian Ocean coastline. I’m confident that booking with Beach House Mauritius will make for a successful and stress-free vacation.
