… the decision is made, you have chosen your vacation rental Villa for your next holidays and you want to get started …
Here are some answers to a few questions you might asked yourself.

 

Do I have to pay a Deposit for my holiday?


If you book your holidays more than 45 days in advance (which is recommended  ), a deposit of 30% of the rental price will be due. If you are booking less than 45 days prior to your holiday, full payment will be required at the time of making your reservation.

 

What does the price of the Villa include?

Included in the price of all holiday houses: gas, electric & water, housekeeping service, bed linen and bath towels.
Almost all villas offer Internet access. Cooking service is in every villa possible either at additional cost or sometimes included.

Where do I found out about the Booking Terms & Conditions?


A copy will be sent to you when you make your booking.

 

Does the property offer cot, a high chair or baby monitors?


If you require a cot or a high chair  for your holiday, please let us know and we can provide one for you. There is no charge for these items. Please provide your own cot linen. We do not provide baby monitors.
A baby sitter can be arranged at additional cost.

 

What time can I arrive and what time must I depart?

Our arrival time is 2.00pm and we would ask that you leave the property by 11am on departure day. Please let us know your arrival time that we can make arrangements to meet you or leave a key.

 

If I need to cancel my holiday, what will happen?


Please email us immediately to confirm this cancellation. If you cancel your holiday more than 45 days before arrival you will forfeit your booking deposit. If you cancel within 45 days of your holiday date, then unfortunately you will forfeit your full payment. We recommend that you take out the appropriate insurance cover to protect against cancellations.

 

Can we have a courtesy holding / reservation?


Yes, we offer courtesy holds of 48hours with no financial obligations.

 

Are there rates per week?


No, all rates are on a nightly basis per villa NOT per person.

 

How about night life and how far away are shopping facilities?


Of course this depends on the villa and its location. Most villas are secluded from the action, for you to enjoy the maximum of privacy. However, nightlife, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes drive or within a 15-20 minutes walking distance.

 

In case of an irregularity is there a vacation insurance to cover the costs?


All travelers should have some form of insurance to cover medical treatment, baggage loss, delayed or canceled flights.

How do I arrange for transportation?


We offer to arrange an airport transfer with a local Taxi at additional cost.

 

Do I need a car for getting around?


A car is usually recommended to get around, do some shopping or sight seeing. Nevertheless a Taxi service or Day Trips can be arranged to a moderate price.
