The living room, furnished and tastefully decorated, consists of a large comfortable living room with television, a large dining table and an open kitchen. Between the living room to the terrace, there is only 1 small step and BIG sliding doors : outdoor living is so special in Mauritius ! The breath-taking view over Grand-Baie bay and Coin de Mire.
The open kitchen is very well equipped and your housekeeper will make sure you do not have to bother about cleaning. She might be able to cook delicious local meal upon request – for a small extra fee.
All bedrooms are en-suite Parental suite – Soak in panoramic, breathtaking lagoon views from the bay window, through this air-conditioned room situated on the first floor. The bedroom is dotted with a built-in large wardrobe closet to store your suitcases and personal belongings, adjoined with a bathroom including WC, double washbasin and a large shower area.
Double room – Located on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool, the double room is air-conditioned but is also equipped with a ceiling fan, adjoined with its bathroom.
The third bedroom – Being an air-conditioned room and comprising a ceiling fan, the bedroom is set with 2 simple beds, that can also be pushed together to suit couples and children. With a view on the pool area, the room also comes with a bathroom.
Service included: basic cleaning is included in the price (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 12:00).
The private pool at the back of the house will be perfect for a refreshing moment under the stars with your favourite drink after a warm sunny day.
With a panoramic view of Grand Baie (or Grand Bay) and the majestic Coin de Mire, the new Palijo Villas are the perfect blend of modernity and comfort.

It is next door to a club, which played loud music from 10 am till 11pm nearly everyday of our stay (December, xmas parties). Suggest the living area be air conditioned to isolate it from the noise coming from the club!
