This semidetached house has its own garden from where you will admire the breathtaking panorama of the Indian Ocean that awaits you.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a spacious, modern living room.
Open the large sliding doors and let the sea breeze in. Spend time relaxing in the beautifully furnished lounge area or dining on the covered veranda that faces the ocean.

On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms offer a balcony and a stunning sea view, the 3rd bedrooms faces the other side to the entrance.

The tropical garden and the sea in front of your home is perfect for a peaceful rest, reading and daydreaming. Even though there are the typical black lava rocks in front of the beach, great snorkelling and swimming are just steps away. A few meters down, a small sandy beach offers his shore for the ultimate swim in the turquoise blue of the sea.
