The living room, furnished and tastefully decorated, consists of a large comfortable living room with television, a large dining table and an open kitchen. Open the large sliding doors and enjoy the terrace and the breathtaking view over the Indian Ocean. You will never have enough of this!
The open kitchen is very well equipped and your housekeeper will make sure you do not have to bother about cleaning (included in the price). She can also cook on request (for a small additional fee). That is what we call holidays! For coffee addicts, there is a NESPRESSO machine.
All bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned. The master bedroom with a four-poster bed leads directly to a comfortable outdoor lounge on the terrace. The second bedroom with a double bed leads directly to the terrace and has sea view too. The third bedroom at the back is perfect for children with its bunk beds.
Service included: Cleaning is included in the price (every day except Sunday and public holidays).
The rooftop pool is esceptionnel with its spectacular views. Of course, beach towels are at your disposal.

Thank you for several things, including a great check in process where we were greeted and given a detailed introduction to the property and area, and also importantly thank you for a very well appointed home.
The home was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Thank you as well for the great cleaning service, and we also enjoyed some wonderful local Mauritian meals prepared by the lady servicing our apartment. We will definitely use Beach Houses Mauritius again, and have already recommended your service to our family and friends.

The almost two-week stay flew by and we felt at home, in fact we never wanted to go home again! The additional service of the home cook was pure luxury. Didier was very attentive to detail and made us feel like we were in a 5* hotel. Indeed! Not even in a hotel do you get that kind of relationship with the employees. Everything was perfect. From the organisation, to the daily cleaning of the house, the food and the people who welcomed us.
We returned home with a part of our heart left in the paradise called Mauritius.

Paradise! Honestly so happy to have stayed here for 8 days at Kotnor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and kitchen well equipped.
Doris was a wonderful host prior to our arrival and throughout. The staff working at Kotnor were very friendly and courteous. The small beach is easily accessed downstairs to reach the sea for some swimming and snorkeling which is amazing. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance from this location which is great. Watching the sunsets from the balcony every evening was spectacular! We will be back!

The huge terrace with amazing view to the ocean makes you fully relax. The apparment have got private exit to ocean. Gaetan and Doris had care on us all this time and we so appriciated their hospitality.

We, a family of 4, stayed at KotNor for a week in August.
It is a magical place, we had the most amazing time. Frankly, we never wanted to leave during our time there – the accommodation offers everything you could possibly want and think off, it was absolutely astonishing. Vast space, appliances, facilities…
And that’s just the inside of the apartment… Add the views, the prime location… the sound of the ocean to wake up to… It was simply a dream come true.
We shall never forget our time at KotNor.
