Wow factor that extends beyond the front door – this vast, beautifully newly built Villa with traditional thatched roof and wonderful airy living area inside and out – you can breathe, relax you are on HOLIDAYS !

Villa Le Couchant 1 is part of a duplex and built on a big family land with 3 more houses. Le Couchant 2, the other part of the duplex, is rented by a couple on long term – every Villas has it’s perfect privacy.

The entrance is a little piece of art itself – a wooden carving door which opens to the generous and airy living area.

The ground floor consists in an open American kitchen, a TV corner with a huuuuge flat screen TV, a big dining area and a lounge area which opens to a spectacular sea view. Le Morne Mountain (UNESCO world heritage site) can be seen from the terrace.

The ground floor offers one bedroom en-suite, a very convenient set up for people that cannot easily use stairs – the whole family will love it for sure !

The first floor consists in 3 spacious bedrooms :

• The master bedroom en-suite with its own balcony with a breath taking sea view.
• One bedroom with double bed and a little balcony facing the back of the house
• Two single bed bedroom sharing one bathroom.

But the most important ingredient for your holiday comes now – a grand wooden deck with a salt water pool (7m x 3,5m), the kids can splash and jump in and out the pool, whereas the “lazy” ones can chill and sun bath on the pool deck or right on the beach under shady pine trees. The sandy beach in front has enough space for everyone. Take a walk on the beach to the famous beach of La Preuneuse and don’t forget your camera, the blue of the sea is just stunning !

The west coast of Mauritius is known for its beautiful mountains and the many activities offered within a 10-30 minutes car drive away.

But make sure you get back to the decked pool in time for the superb west-coast sunsets – and a nice drink with your dear ones !

You cannot stand still and want action? Be active with lots of offered activities in the area – hiking in the Black River Gorges National Park, Casela Safari, Chamarel and the nearby LE MORNE Cultural Landscape – UNESCO World Heritage Site … kite surfing, catamaran excursion, dolphin watching and lots, lots more.
